Return & Exchange

We at Ivaku, make every garment with a lot of love and care. Our size charts are quite accurate and our brand is known for its fits. Minor color variations are possible because of different camera specifications.

          Return Policy:

• We have a NO return policy. However, we do consider a few requests for exchange under certain circumstances mentioned in our exchange policy.
• For more information on exchange, please check our exchange policies mentioned below.   

          Exchange Policy:

• We consider exchange requests only if you have received a defective product for which unboxing video is mandatory or a major difference in size or fitting of the product.
• We DO NOT offer exchanges on any products bought during our sale or discounts.
• Exchange requests need to be submitted within a window of 48 hours after receiving the product.  
• If the exchange size or piece is not available, a refund will be issued for the same.

         Please follow the steps to register an exchange request:

• Please raise an exchange request by writing to ivakuclothing@gmail.com or WhatsApp on 9148572266 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Please share your order number, full name, contact details and new size. 
• Ensure that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging.
• Please attach your unboxing video of the product in case you receive a defective piece, as it is mandatory for request on exchange.
• For all exchange orders, we will arrange a pick up for an additional fee of INR 150/-.  Alternatively, you can courier the piece to us.
• The shipping charges for the replacement item are to be borne by the customer. 
• Once we receive the product, we will perform a quality check and if the pieces pass the quality check, we will send a new piece. 
•  If the pieces fail the quality check, we will communicate the way forward with you
• If the exchange size or piece is not available, a refund will be issued within 15 days to the original mode of payment.
